I founded Pavlo Therapy because I believe that every person has their own path to walk.
Life can be challenging, and there are times when the road ahead feels uncertain. I've always been drawn to helping people navigate those moments, find their footing, and recognize strengths they may not see in themselves. Therapy isn't about someone telling you where to go. It's about gaining clarity, building confidence, and finding your own way.
I often think of therapy as the process of building a path. Together, we build the map through insight, identify barriers that may be standing in your way, and gather the tools needed to move forward. Lasting change is rarely the result of one breakthrough moment. More often, it's built step by step through small, intentional moves. My role is to help you navigate your journey, build your path, and move confidently in the direction that matters most to you. This is what I call The Waysight Approach™.
My own path led me to earn both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work from Temple University. Throughout my career, I've worked in outpatient and community mental health settings, serving as an Intake Coordinator and now as a Director for a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). These experiences have shaped my approach to care and reinforced the importance of meeting people with compassion, practicality, and respect for their individual journey.
At Pavlo Therapy, you'll work directly with me from your first consultation through ongoing therapy. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and evidence-based space where you feel understood, challenged, and empowered to grow.
Your path is uniquely your own. I'm here to walk alongside you as you find your way.

Hindsight looks back. Insight looks within. Foresight looks ahead.
Waysight brings all three together: understanding where you've been, where you are now, and where you want to go, so you can find your way forward.
At Pavlo Therapy, we believe every client already holds the framework of their own map. It just needs to be built and understood. Therapy offers the space to build that map through insight, gather the tools to navigate what gets in the way, and take steady steps toward the destination you choose.
Waysight isn't something you're handed. It's something you build, one insight, one skill, and one step at a time. You don't need to see the whole path to move forward. You just need enough of your map to take the next step with confidence.
